Other? Next week should be filler. Shinobu's appearances were inspired by Karen. Nise was better than Bake book wise imo (because no Nadeko filler) but anime decided to cut a bunch of lines here and there, so the point isn't as sharp as Bake was. Next to be released should be Kizu theatrical release, then whatever they decide to milk the cow with I guess. I hope Neko shiro gets done at some point though, best book of season 2 can't be ignored. Snaps, uses Shiki voice, Eca approves. Wait what? I thought this week was the last episode. It was only suppose to be 11 right?

I must've completely missed that somewhere. I understand his fetish, but they still look better with long hair. Meh. I suppose it'll take some getting used to.

I dunno if shes going to die at this point, not after surviving like she did earlier. But its possible. Also the Commander is so strong because hes a TRUE MAN, also because http://myanimelist.net/people/412/Hideo_Ishikawa + Show Spoiler +It is perhaps better to just wait until next week, but I SERIOUSLY doubt Chris died. The reason is like what you said - Tsubasa didn't die in episode 4 after nearly 3 episodes of build-up for her character, so I don't think the writers have the guts now to kill Chris after so many episodes devoted to her.
This is my angst against this series. After episode 4, there were really very, very little about Tsubasa left. In fact I have totally forgotten about her and her appearance has not been important. They were probably better off killing her back in Episode 4. It would be far more interesting if it went like this:
ep1~3: Hibiki got to know Tsubasa 4: Tsubasa got herself killed ep5~10: Hibiki got to know Chris 11: Chris got herself killed 12: the finale, which Hibiki died as well against some sort of evil that caused her friends death.
Alas this is not happening. I guess constructing the story that way will make it too much like Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica. + Show Spoiler +I dunno, killing Kanade in episode 1, when the entire show was marketed with her as the main character, and also spelling out the real main character (Hibiki) is gonna die too, makes me think the makers have plenty of balls. They can't out-do killing Kanade in Episode 1, that was Ga Rei Zero tier balls there. After that, anyone is fair game. I would like Chris to survive, but I'm 99% sure shes fucked. Already dead imo.
Also, Symphogear is supposed to be 13 eps, right?

Alas this is not happening. I guess constructing the story that way will make it too much like Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica. + Show Spoiler [Symphogear] +I'm with Sent on this. Tsubasa sang her swan song only then got immediate medical care. Chris sang, got blasted with an ion cannon that had the power to destroy part of the moon and then fell from what seemed like at least 1km from the sky. If she's not dead, that's pretty ridiculous. The writers have been trolling everyone from before the anime started, so I don't see why that needs to stop now. They advertised this was Kanade and Tsubasa duo. They successfully reeled in all the Nanatards of the world into thinking Tsubasa was main by purposely listing Nana Mizuki first in the credits on the website ONLY TO CHANGE IT TO AOI YUUKI IN THE ANIME. Tsubasa barely qualifies as a supporting character. We already know Hibiki, the real main character, will die so why not kill off Chris too? She will have died sort of happy at least. I wouldn't call this similar to Madoka because cause of death has been swan songs/self-sacrifice as opposed to getting tricked by a heartless creature to trade away your soul. On that note, I wonder if Hibiki will sing her swan song to protect Miku. In her case, she kills her enemies with bad singing.
Also, regarding commander: lol he would lose from what I assume to be voice of former lover causing a moment of hesitation. Too OP to keep in fighting condition. I shall follow his path of being a true man. Best character followed by Chris, those missiles and butterfly!
+ Show Spoiler [Bakuman 171] + I am so happy. I knew Azuki would go in there without a script. She's going to shut up all the haters next chapter. I really love this arc and hope it's the finale because this manga has been dragged out too much and should've ended some time ago. Random note: I think this is the first manga I've followed since day 1 and will see it through to the finish.
I also believe Nise was only 11 eps. It should be over now, but I don't mind getting filler instead of nothing if I'm wrong.

symph + Show Spoiler +I donno. I am still not convinced. The fact that Chris FELL instead of being completely oblilerated seems to be the sign that she will survive. Also, if she dies this way, it would be way too anti-dramatic. She might die in a later episode, but I really really don't think she's going to kick the bucket now.

What, how does Tsubasa not even qualify as a supporting character? Shes an important character who gets lots of screen time. She isn't the main, but "barely qualifies as a supporting character"? She gets more focus and screen time than Commander Nagare. lol yeah I was exaggerating out of anger. sorry about that.

I find it funny all his fights pretty much consist of him getting his ass handed to him.
Also thought Shinobu would have killed the girl she fought. Guess she's nicer than she lets on. + Show Spoiler +All his fights are like that simply because he has no fighting ability to begin with. The only thing he has to fall back on is his regeneration. Kizu fights should be a bit more entertaining.. + Show Spoiler [Kizu] +Except he still gets beat up like a rag...

You'd think with the amount he deals with the supernatural he would put some sort of effort into learning how to fight/defend himself.

It happens later on, but it is hardly the point of the monogatari series.

We already know (99.99% certain) that Hibiki will die. There is no reason to bring Chris into it as wel.
It is still not explained why his power is on-par with someone with Symphogear, even though he does not have one himself. Good thing he got hurt this episode; if left untouched, I would say he would be the final boss of the series. + Show Spoiler +I'm pretty sure shes dead. Don't get me wrong, I would really like for her to be alive... But this show makes me think that all of the main girls are going to die. They killed Kanade in the first episode, even though she was all over all the promotional pre-air material as a main character. We know Hibiki is gonna die. Tsubasa... I dunno if shes going to die at this point, not after surviving like she did earlier. But its possible. Chris not only used her Swan Song that by itself should kill her, she was shot by that Ion Cannon, AND fell from the sky on her head. If shes alive, my brain will explode.
LoGH Question: Are all of the planets in this series part of the Milky Way Galaxy, or the entire Universe? And what is "unnavigational space" (where ships get electrocuted and blow up)? + Show Spoiler +Reuntal is deciding to rise up? The real problem are the Terraists. This is going to be interesting. Oh, and that one-night-stand episode between Hilda and Reinhard was the most awkward thing ever. Her father had the weirdest expressions when he was talking to the Kaiser.

Yeah, they are all in the Milky Way. Here is a fan-made map that tries to say where everything is (don't take it as canon): + Show Spoiler + As for un-navigational space, I assume thats because of alot of stars in close promity, and things like nebulas and such. Tis a Spazer-question IMO.

Defense against an attacker in deep space is essentially impossible. Unless your ships are really fast and have godlike detection abilities, 99% of the time, your defense will simply be bypassed because space is huge. Thus the only effective defense is planetary defense, but when your government spans across systems, defending every planet isn't really an option. LoGH circumvents this issue with unnavigable space. Take the Phezzan and Iserlohn corridors, for instance. The entire purpose of having those two corridors (story-wise, I mean) is to make those locations strategic points, thus ensuring that there is always a place important enough for the two sides to battle over.
