If you think about it it might be on par with Akainu/Kizaru/kuzan. Although his DF wont compensate for his skill since those 3 are quite broken in combat + they have high mastery over haki. | ||

The others are pretty much the same "can create and turn into big blob of something elementary, just with different textures and colour palettes; that ultimately just makes them a bigger target for CoA users". Well i guess Akainu can also do one hell of a falcon punch. Some Logias also make others look really pointless by comparison: Take the Gas Gas fruit for example. Its basicly a Smoke Smoke fruit, laced with some of magellans poison, that can also petrify people kinfs like kuzans ice fruit does. Why just be smoke when you can be deadly gas? same form of matter, sort of, except the latter is far more deadly. You could kinda make the same argument about Ice>Snow, Light>Lightning and ofc Magma>Fire i guess. | ||

And a lot of people in the new world got Haki so its kinda hard for lugia users to be effective. But normally lugia users like kuzan and akainu overpowers opponents so fast with just their DF. Remember what happened when kuzan faced robin's-giant-friend-with-a-weird-laugh-which-turns-to-be-an-admiral-when-she-was-still-a-kid. It was one sided massacre by kuzan just mainly because of DF. | ||

To be honest i would even argue that some paramecia fruits might be the strongest post-haki. Fruits such as DFs and Laws can be utilized in a ton of different ways, where as Smokers fruit for instance makes little difference when you are no longer immune to damage. | ||

You make good points sir but remember that DD was able to shake of Kuzans ice case all by himself. And Kuzan and Saul were both vice admirals back then IIRC. Also we have seen that DD can combine his strings with haki to hurt smoker so it appears logical that he could have really cut off crocodiles head back then with haki if he really wanted, but he wasnt really serious during the war. But yeah, Not counting BB i would rate Kizaru (unbeatable speed wich offers great synergy with haki) Kuzan (can bypass the seawater weakness and has amazing crowd control) and Akainu (Sheer destructive power, you just dont want to touch his magma body) above the rest. | ||

The Cavendish thing is still silly. Cavendish was set up to be a rival to Luffy and was the equivalent to a super nova for his generation. He would definitely be the strongest person in fighting strength and will power we've seen be knocked out by conquerors haki. | ||
