1) Super fast attack, probably tires out user or perhaps the user fell over after the attack as a bit of a clumsy thing. I think the samurai guess above is actually pretty good for this...
2) Exotic power. Caeser Clown already demo'd an ability to suffocate a group of people fairly easily. It wouldn't be outside the realm of some devil fruits I'm sure.
Haki or Kaidou is too much for a number of reasons imo.
EDIT: Also on the "Could Luffy+Sabo take out Kaidou?", it's irrelevant. A Yonkou ain't gonna come solo an island. He'd have to be about 3 Whitebeards in power and five Enel's worth of arrogance. And if he was that arrogant there'd be no reason to hide in some mask in the Colosseum for Ace's fruit.
Luffy will have to take Kaidou out someday though. I think Big Mum will still be first on the Yonkou hit list though, despite all the doflamingo stuff here. I don't see this as the Kaidou arc, only the Doflamingo arc. Kaidou needs a build up. Doflamingo has the build up. Luffy and forhead were able to conquerer out there block with ease its entirely possible for chumps like cavendish to get taken out by conquerers haki If Cavendesh is a chump then get ready for all the fights the strawhats get into to be the monster trio staying awake and then everyone else fainting. theres noone special in D block so being the favourite means nothing at all and blocking Chinnies headbut means nothing since chinnnie wasnt even going all out with super saiyan beard that headbut was like a hello

Oh, I see how this is. No matter what anyone says, no matter what evidence is supplied showing he isn't a chump, "it means nothing", because you already think hes a chump. Why didn't I realize this earlier. I bet you think Bartolomeo is a chump too.

A guy with Conqueror's Haki, history with Garp and who is at the head of a powerful New World Navy isn't important? That guys a pretty big ally now, which they're going to need.
