Etc Kaidou and Big mam are the 2 most sensible targets theyd be the most widespread and most active in hunting down non-afiliated pirates Blackbeard next in line since he has whitebeards territory which is bound to be huge but probably cant police it too well Shanks i cant really see bothering people too too much so it wouldnt make as much sense to go after him | ||

He's a pirate and Yonko at that, what do you think he does? | ||

I think we all assume he's the same kind of person Luffy is. You wouldn't call Luffy evil, he's like the nicest guy ever. This is one of the most interesting things about One Piece to me, the fact that good and evil aren't as black and white as most stories tend to be. You have good pirates and bad pirates, good and bad marines. Shades of gray to differing degrees. | ||

Smoker and Tashigi are easily considered good guys even though they're enemies of the Straw Hats. They're marines that actively look to protect people, this can also be applied to Fujitora, Garp hell even Sengoku seemed like a good guy. Bad pirates? You've got plently of those. That's the beauty of one piece. ^^ | ||
