It would create an awkward situation where Luffy wants to take out the younku while Big Mom owes the StawHats a favor. However, I'm sure Oda will make it work out somehow. One Piece told us families can work separatly just fine. Just take a look at Luffy's family, with Garp. The best Garp can do with Luffy is not hurting him directly. On the other side, he doesn't care a single bit about Luffy's friends - I'm not talking about his nakamas, they didn't interact much. Lola's friends aren't necessarily Big Mom's ones, and this assuming two things: - Lola is indeed Big Mom's daughter. - Big Mom cares about her.

I thought that Lola giving the vivre card was just something made to explain what vivre cards do. If she really is big mom's daughter it might become far more exciting. Too bad it will be so long until this all is animated.

Is it possible that the momonosuke thing was just a translation error and it's actually refering to their missing samurai friend they're supposed to be rescuing?

I doubt that since Nami says they have two of the three things. But they don't have rescued the friend yet.
