I don't think Law will die here, it's just too similar to Ace and too soon.
I would be so much more sad too T.T

Just sayin.

3 shots is not enough in any manga tbh... especially when the shot wasn't a silhouette closeup.

I'm not saying he died. I'm saying he was shot 3 times.

So... apparently Kora-san; Corazon = Heart in spanish -> Kora-San former owner of Doffy's Heart seat? and he killed her for whatever reason before few years before they invaded Dress Rosa and she probably was Law's mentor?

Maybe he relocated all his vital organ with his crew so he cant physically die? Would be a pretty interesting turn of event imo. He can take out people hearts, what make it not possible for him to do the same with brains and other organs.

The secret is that Doflamingo is supposed to be european.
While the entire concept of pirates, the ships and some islands are western in general, many elements have always been distinctly japanese. Dressrosa seems to be extra western even for One Piece.

Dressrosa seems to be extra western even for One Piece. Huh, I never thought of it that way. I suppose I can see it (kind of). But there are plenty of normal sized characters that are definitely European or at least have European roots like Sanji who has blond hair. I think Doflamingo's size has something to do with his domineering personality.

I know my east vs west theories are flimsy, but aren't there a couple of important people that aren't extra tall? Blackbeard, Crocodile, Mihawk, Rayleigh(and since Rayleigh was just about the tallest man in Goldrogers crew, also Goldroger) and Shanks all are average size. Also Enel was really tall, too. And he wasn't as important to the plot as he is to fan theories.
On the other hand, Whitebeard was half-giant and all the admirals have human proportions(as opposed to manga proportions) because they are modeled after real life actors.

It wasn't, I watched the fishman arc in the past two days and Belle-mere was killed by a bullet in the chest. Thing is that everyone from Nami's island was weak as fuck. They were all "normal" humans, comparable to actual humans, since they didn't live in the Grand Line. This is my interpretation but honestly that's how it seems to work. Even Zoro when he first appeared almost died by being shot by Marines.
I really think that fighting/living in the Grand Line makes you a monster and outside of the grand line is where normal people are.
This chapter was really sick, it's amazing the level of consistency that Oda has. Nami's arc with Arlong and Sanji's arc with Don Krieg (/Zoro and Mihawk) were really good back then and bam, I read today's chapter and it's still so great. We can't even predict where anything is going to go. That's how fucking stupidly good One Piece is.

damn i expected more of a fight from Law... ;(

i like that oda is constantly pointing out, that people forget the names of pirates that are turned into toys. Even the marines start to forget for what reason they are on the island.
Thats really sad dont like that people are forgotten.
