The bit with Sanji and Violet was laughable at best, while Doflamingo's ruse was irritating (essentially being "I've left the Shichubukai... Jokes lol I didn't really!").
While it did set up a few interesting things (the hints at Doflamingo's past and Luffy finally getting into the fight) it just felt too rushed for me. Nope, same here, didn't enjoy this chap as much as other people in this thread, nothing really happened...

There's plenty of interest here, you have the right to say that you don't like Zoro left out, or that weird Robin-spirit thing but if you just go and say "nothing happened" I am going to think you didn't read the ch. closely enough.

Doflamigo is such a kick ass bad guy. He is definitely my favorite baddie of the series so far. I hope he's able to give law a good beating.

The last few chapters were just build-up, with this one being the last (imo).

True... the next chapters will be amazing!
Law can't handle DF since he couldn't even stop Vergo..
and DF couldn't wipe the floor with BB because BB is being hyped to be one of the last wall luffy will have to overcome..
Akainu and BB are the worst enemies of luffy imo but DF is one of the coolest baddies!
DF will probably lose or everything ends up in a draw like SH and law escaping from DF and the marines..

i think he isnt a celestial dragon because he had wanted poster in the past.

Predictions:
This arc is it for DF's major importance in the story (ie how Thriller Bark was the end of Moria's, Fisman arc is likely to be te end of Jimbei's.) Note I say major importance, not appearances.

Plus when law was about to say something DD simply says "its more deep rooted" which i think confirms that there is far more to DD than him simply being a Celestial dragon. Also when Oda drew everyone as children he doesn't seem like a World noble.

Well lets face it, if he really was a Celestial Dragon he would be wearing one of those bubble things that keep him from breathing the common people air. My hat is with the one guy who said he developed a deep connection with them by providing them with their slaves through the auction house and maybe even more directly in his past. It probably has to do with him using his puppet powers to make slaves to the Celestial Dragon's bidding or something like that.

yes, he can. we have already seen him behead crocodile by waving his finger in the air. he might even be some kind of logia user himself.
doflamingo is the strongest character in the series alive, except for MAYBE Dragon. Logically he could kill blackbeard by simply tipping his fingers while laughing manically.
blackbeard ruined the series for me. he is ugly, boring and, at best, annoying. making him the primary villain was a huuuge mistake. his darkness fruit is dull and pure BS logically.

Not sure if you're trolling but Doflamingo is obviously not the strongest character in the series and we will know the limits of his DF very soon ( next few months when the big fight finally starts)
