First that he is a chef which is why his attacks are named after cuisine and why he doesn't use his hands to fight. Second that he is a gentleman who loves ladies which is why he refuses to fight women. If Sanji did learn Okama Kenpo it would contradict his identity as much as Sanji punching someone. It would also make his affirmation before his time skip training pointless if he learned Okama Kenpo even if he wasn't wearing a dress while learning it. The minks look very strong and they also seem to have a special "power" with the eletric current and we all know how that goes with Luffy! About Jack if he can take out a entire city full of powerfull beasts and minks, he might be Kaidou's number 2 and if that is the case he can be similiar in strenght to DF | ||
