So fucking jacked for this show, it's a wonderfully written series that dispenses with the "THESE ARE THE GOOD GUYS" and "THESE ARE THE BAD GUYS" most fantasies seem stricken by. also (spoiler for the very very end of Game of Thrones) + Show Spoiler + Even though it's written as a soft fantasy (no elves and mages and shit) it still makes room for the fantastical elements we've come to recognize with the genre (fucking dragons:D) Could be my favourite new show since Walking Dead.+ Show Spoiler + | ||

I think the Others were a bit... overkill. They moved ridiculously fast, and Royce died immediately. I imagined them more as completely translucent people wearing armour. Not sure... + Show Spoiler + How will Sam* kill one? But that was almost exactly as I imagined it as I read the book. Except for Catelyn, but maybe she'll grow on me. | ||
