I don't really care because jesus christ some of you are like the most sensitive people ever looking for anything to possibly be upset about, and if I get banned for something like that when my intention is actually jest then I don't want to be posting here anyways. I never actually asked to be unreportable but according to kennigit it has something to do with my colored name so I guess I have to get rid of it. I can't even tell if this is seorius or not. It sounds serious. :x dw about it, fuck. You cna't be reported: you have superpowers. With the 200,000 mods we have on this forum, every one of your posts gets read anyways. But yeah, clearly we've run out of things to talk about LOL. To the guy above... the sigil of the Targaryens is a dragon. With three heads, I think. I'm not sure why it has three heads when apparantly these dragons only had one head. Isn't a three haded dragon a hydra? (incoming 5 pages) I think that's the main reason they're called dragons. There also seems to be some resistance to fire which may or may not be related.

How come she has dragon blood or something? her father was the mad king right? so did it have something to do with her mother? Thing is the Targeryn, Danys blood line. Their house Symbol is the Dragon. The Targeryn took over the Seven kingdom 300 years ago with Something the Conqueror and made the Seven kingdoms into one realm. That Realm is now controlled by the king at King landing. Before all of the 7 big houses where kings. So before the Starks where Kings, so where the Lannisters, Baretheons, etc. Now where did the Targeryn come from, that is from Valkery (or close) which is where dragons are from and the people that made Valerian steel like the sword Ice (Ned sword) and the dagger they tried to use to stab Bran and the Sword Jon receives for the Commander, etc. The blood of Dragons is just because of there ancestral land is where dragon and other spooky magic was. So any "true" Targeryn is heat immune and said to have the blood of Dragons. There are some family spelling mistakes and locations name erros but that's the gist of it.

8 King of Westeros (ruling a whole continent... not joffreys case) 7 Great Khal, Ruler of major Citystate/Freecity, Hand of the King (disputable) Pre-unification, the kings of 7 kingdoms should would be status 7. 6 Warden of <insert here Direction> (Starks, Lannisters, Aeryn and Tyrell), Major Khal, Ruler of a citystate, I'd go ahead and put the heads of the Great Houses there, after all, they are heirs of kings. 5 High Septon, Lord of a major house(Tully, Greyjoy, Martell, Frey and Redwyne), Khal 4 Lords of major Bannerhouse ( Boltons), minor Khal, Member of the small Concil, "average" nobles, who are not especially powerful, but have enough land, etc, to be powerful. 3 Lords of an avarage Bannerhouse ( Umber, Karstark, Clegane), Great maester, (Gregor Clegane, falls here, Petyr Baelish would if he only had his lands), landed knights and the least wealthy and powerful noblemen. Commander Mormont would fall here if he was not in the Night's Watch. 2 Guild Masters, Landless knights, both hedge knights and those directly in service to a noble. Note, though, that you have to be able to afford the cost of living to claim most of the benefits of Status, so many hedge knights will effectively be somewhat lower, Baelish is an example of this. 1 Hedge Knights, Maester, Septons, wealthy small folk. 0 Smallfolk, Men of the Knight Watch -1 Unfree/poor Smallfolk, Clans of the Moon -2 Whores, -3 Slaves -4 Outlaws, Wildlings

How you treat the Status of disputed claimants is unclear, but if Stannis gets Status 8, then Robb, Balon Grey, and Euron Greyjoy would be Status 7 while claiming their regional thrones. Obviously they had to omit certain parts simple due to time constraints, but I thought they hit all of the major points, and ended right around where the book did.

I really hope I can stop after I finish it and wait until Season 2 of the show before I start Book 3 but I have a feeling I'll have finished Book 4 before 5 even comes out.

I hope she becomes a girl again, though... I dont like or want her to pretend to be a dude for too long. Doesnt sit well with me. And travis isnt on Liquid afaik. O_o His name is purple becuase he paid for it to be purple. I'm assuming the icon is the same? I dont think he has mod powers, either, although he probably should. He's on these forums enough for him to be pretty helpful But not everyoen wants that responsibility I guess. @GGTemplar: Random qusetion... how long did it take you to read those 250 pages? I'm on like page 128 of GoT, just started reading yesterday. I've spent like 6 hours reading, though. I cant help but feel like I'm a really slow reader; that just seems like so few pages for so much time. I don't actually have anything to compare it to. XD

Makes a BIG difference if you want to read book 2 after watching the first season. Imagine a TV viewer's surprise when they find out about how the battle with Tyrion really went and why his character acts a certain way in Book 2? If you only saw the TV shows it would throw you off.

They tried to get around it a bit with Ros - a lot of people were really confused by the Littlefinger sexposition thing, but it really gets into the psychology of several of the more important male characters. There's no realistic way to have a character voice these types of thoughts aloud without sounding at least a bit ridiculous, though.

One dragon egg was said to be worth enough to buy an entire fleet of ships, so in today's money, let's consider the cost of one US Navy carrier battlegroup. The aircraft carrier alone is worth about 12 billion USD, so let's say one carrier battlegroup = $40 billion. This is a distressed worth, since the dragon eggs in ASOIAF were petrified and unable to hatch a dragon. If the egg could actually become a dragon the worth would likely be two, or three times, as much, so I'll peg it at around $100 billion dollars for a dragonling.
