Tbh I didn't read it. I saw the whole we feel each others pain, share blood stuff but nah it does nothing for me anymore. I guess no matter what manga I read nowadays I only get exciteded by the really good ones or by the incredibly strong members of the mangas. FT is weird in that I'm not really sure how the powerlevels actually are considering Natsu could friendship punch anyone in the manga which kills all excitement for me yet still be causally stomped by the likes of Erza despite her being fodder for people above her in the guild.
How I would love for fairy tail to be getting smashed and for Gildarts to appear and 1v9 Tartoras as to show Fairy tail the power they have to live up to then they split off to deal with their respective opppentents after. Gildarts would ofc fodderize whoever he was left with. At least that kind of powerup would atleast be fucking cool and we would get more Gildarts action-ish fodderizing stuff. Honestly though that is the greatest moment I cant think off that entertain me.

Basically instead of "we're all friends and support each other" it takes a different angle (which has already been seen mind you) of "we're a family, they touched our members, we don't care about laws or justice we'll declare war and fuck them up instead" which is less happy feelings and more pragmatism, so I'm all for it.
Fairy Tail I just read in 5 minutes every week like Bleach or Naruto though, since the way the different arcs chained with ridiculously convenient plots or each one being a plan with the villain being a pawn of the next one I thought it was bad and cliche as fuck.
I actually thought it was some kind of parody at the beginning.

Next week, I think we should try and make it so that every manga thread (apart from One Piece) has no mention of One Piece. It'll be a dark time for sure, but I really want to see how discussion changes.

thje SCALES of a fire dragon are immune to fire, the SCALES (in other words his skin and mouth and throat and stomach are all immune to fire)
every other part of him isnt so since he himself exploded he felt it

Lucy has "I don't know how to balance/develop her power" syndrome.
Her magic has gone woefully under developed so far in the series and she basically just uses the same 3-4 spirits all the time for the same jokes every time they come out. (I think the author needs to bring back that celestial orb attack thing she got dled into her head in the one arc or ffs let her develop her spirits more).
She isn't like Sakura in that her skills were developed specially for a support roll with combat abilities that became outdated in the scope of the series as soon as she mastered them. Lucy's magic has the potential to be pretty powerful but she is reduced to Fan Service and exaggerated reaction to things character.
