why would Puck get veil 2nd ? it's not a nuker all his skill has long cooldown or does veil considered as a team item ? is it the stats ? but picking stats item after a "big item" (dagger) is not very effective isn't it ? | ||

It builds out of Nulls, which Puck likes to build early to help with laning. All of Puck's damage is magic, so it makes his combo more effective. It helps your team. And Puck doesn't desperately need anything else at that timing. | ||
