its boring to give a game design lecture on a forum where nobody will read it or care, especially when i'm preaching to the choir and many people have made more eloquent and well researched posts about it.
it does bear mentioning every time somebody indicates that "wow new unit x is amazing", though, since that's about as exciting as a new champion in lol, as if that would somehow making LoL not what it is.

when i still played lol i got excited for new champions not because they would fix the issues of the game, but because i wanted to be a hipster and hecarim top (before it was a big thing) and talon support etc

there is an active 'mass shooting' going on right now in AZ right near my house/work and the shooter is still on the loose. one of our satellite offices is in lock down. So far we haven't had to do anything here though. WHAT AN INTENSE WEDNESDAY MORNING!
