People aren't even playing him that much anymore after the TI4 craze ended. Still a strong hero in early laning/ganking. I recommend for easy MMR.

tbh i brought my own compendium because i thought it was the ticket to watch TI4 ingame .. lol yes i realized it was free

It looks like the old tactic of accusing someone else of doing what you're doing to draw off suspicion. Except I have no idea about how Riot works, so I don't know if that's what they do.
