TL is the Starcraft site and there is basically no other decent alternative. Even ignoring moderation, if you are looking for a Dota site for news/matches, you are more likely to end up on jD/GG.net.

I can't remember what the requirements are but I think you need 1000 posts for the report button to show up. Probably why you didn't notice it.

Your account needs to be at least one year old. I don't believe post count has anything to do with it.
Of course TL+ members automatically get report buttons regardless of account age, so you should all buy TL+ to spam report each other!

I made an account just because TL started covering Dota 2. Even though I did follow SC2, I never really cared to talk about the game or matches.
Mainly because I didn't like the JD/GGnet community much and TL at least had a good reputation. And I've been going to forums for a very long time and I knew some of them can be a better experience than what you got on those sites, even though the only esports forum I guess I used previously was WCreplays which wasn't the best either. Although it made up for it with the content "they" produced.
