Merlini Zues, LEORIC and BF Pitlord are probally the top 3 guides I will never forget. I spent 2 years playing Battle Fury Leoric. Until one fateful inhouse game with my friends where they shut me down hard and I had to go double bracer into Armlet which worked surprisingly well as I was able to come back and contribute in fights. Scrublord doto days. I think I was 2k MMR back then.

Pit/Old Doom got a green particle effect, new Doom had the War Stomp animation, Axe spun and Jugg had the jumping crit animation with every attack.

Wasn't it also, when you'd just get Quelling Blade on those heroes? Also don't forget the old Tidehunter aka Leviathan!

He was a sick good player for his time, and had a knack for writing guides with exactly as many words as he needed and no more. Really influential in how people played Lone Druid and Furion and basically invented the Stats/Glaive Mek carry Silencer that dominated early pro Dota.
