There's like no point in getting Armlet. Either your team is competent and follows up on your Duel ganks, meaning you don't need to prioritize damage and focus defensively on BKB+AC (this is the ideal case)--or your team is incompetent and you need solo-killing ability, in which case you skip the Blink and get Shadowblade for your first major DPS item for superior solo-killing ability and transition into defensive items off that.
Treads vs. Phase is situational. Generally you can get Treads if you got Blink, but you usually need Phase if you didn't. And sometimes their teamcomp is slippery enough to still need Phase chasing power even with Blink.

Depends on spawns.
I would do Troll hard camp or Satyr medium camp over any small camp stack that has the Banshee. Banshee+Troll Healer stack is actually really annoying at level 1.

you don't need to stack the small camp, you can clear it fast enough no matter what it is i think
but yeah satyr medium is a good start too

Could be blocked by wards, and do you mean stacked or not? I guess being stacked works too since more creeps hitting you at once for life steal procs.

Even if it's not stacked, Banshee and Troll Healer can be slow. Banshee because 20% attack speed slow at level 1 actually crushes how fast a jungler that has to right click to kill things clears the camp. Troll Healer because once you hit one of the trolls the healer stops hitting you so you only have 2 trolls hitting you for procs.

I've been able to clear both of those in time for the 2nd spawn

Going phase then shadowblade sounds good too. I kinda like to play her as the "Duel the enemy hero before he dies" type, so you actually don't need to fight. Only works in good teamwork though.

Is it only for me that CD apparantly doesn't work properly. Have played 2 ranked CD games and in both games the captains couldn't ban/pick (first game both captains managed to ban one hero each then they couldn't do anything, second game only the other team was affected).

I think the duplicate commons were so that you would have things to use with the recipe for WD taunt (use ur duplicates so that it didn't cost you anything).

Same stuff that the tutorial thing shows, but the other equipment is random commons/uncommons.
Like courier, HUD, announcer, ward, taunt and the tools are all the same for everyone.

So I was just unlucky enough to get 2 of the same items. haha. One more question, regarding the battle bonus this time, it only counts ingame minutes right? So its ok if I activate it now and not play for the next 2 days since I'll be out of town?
