Also, I think part of the problem for them to solve is that solo mid skills matter for shit against good Dota 2 teams (it's never a 1v1). Edit: whoa quote fail. Any vods or replays? I'm curious to see how it unfolded. I agree as well on this, although it was only in their later days that fnatic became so reliant on n0tail's mid skill. Dota people might find it laughable that the reformed fnatic surprised commentators when Fly got every lasthit in a 3v0 lane scenario for the first 10 minutes, but in hon that was far better than any other team could do for months. Losing Trixi for Era hurt them considerably for dota 2 as well. N0tail might be better off passing the captain role to another member of the team, I think. Captain's tend to be the ones making judgement calls (which are easier when you can see everyone's mana bars in the UI). In addition being captain bears some significant difference from in HoN besides just this.

And also Riki or Bounty Hunter every game. Is there any method to make russians do what is better for the team? Like our Lion this game was good in teamfights. But whenever he could run out on the map alone to feed Riki another kill, he took the opportunity..

Who played for its Gosu in their latest match? Sure Its Gosu isnt the richest team out there but if they are in a competition of this size with lan finals you better get your shit togheter and be ready to send your team there if they qualify.

They've been using ringers for a while (inphinity, brood_star, fear, and other random Americans). Of course we hope IG sends their team, but based on how little they've provided so far, I doubt it.

It's cool to see more tournaments, but it's not with prizepools like that that the scene will develop. Well yes, everyone but the players will profit. A dota tourney with such an amount of teams will have hundreds and hundreds hours of broadcast, make more than 10 times the prizepool in ad revenue, and the winning team will have like 600$/player. As a watcher I'm happy, but I understand why the teams are very unstable with those kinds of prize money. Well perhaps it will change after release, there's a good chance actually, but currently, the dota 2 scene is making a half-dozen of broadcasters very rich while the players are struggling. Organizing dota 2 tournaments is currently quite a profitable venture indeed.
