Orb walk mean you walk with right click while casting orb on the enemy MANUALLY. This way the creeps and towers AI wont take the casting as an offensive action against their heroes and target you like when you normally attack move. | ||

[orb key] + [left click] does not draw aggro, while everything else does, which is the purpose of orb walking. Every other combination of attack move or [a] + [leftclick] is either general stutter stepping or precision / positioning / purposefully drawing of aggro. | ||
