From what I see my TB and HUDS and other items already disappeared. I've ticketed Valve, is there a chance to get my items back? BTW I have no fucking idea how anyone would get my informations for the account.

But i wonder how the hacker could've accessed your account in the first place, if you had Steam Guard on. It requires you to paste a code that is in your email account, if you log in from a different computer for the first time.

No idea, dota2lounge is the only thing I connect through steam no other 3rd party applications. I'm just wondering if there is a chance to get my account back and my items as well... Man that sucks fucking much,

"Yesterday I got a reply from Steam support team ( 3 days of waiting is not bad at all considering they have millions of players who probably also got issues and need assistance) What they did is that they reversed the trades committed by the hijacker on my account as a one-time customer service gesture. They said that they will not restore items that are hijacked a second time. So I guess I will need to be more careful this time... They also reset my password and sent me a separate email about it (with my log in details) and they advised I change it once logged in and also change the security question answer. For security reasons, password resets prevent the account from trading for a period of time. If you change the password while logged into the Steam Client, your ability to trade will not be affected. For those who will experience this in the future.. first thing you need to check is the trade history.. get the name of the account involved on that unathorized trade and get a screenshot and create a ticket with steam and attached the screenshot so they can easily investigate. Wait and be patient.. That's the key! And above all do not trust anyone with your steam password specially if you are a frequent game item buyer (using credit card) Stealing is a grave offense.. I'm sure that account who hijacked me will be permanently deactivated..." I have high hopes, just have to wait few days for an answer I guess.

Now, download malwarebytes - run full scan. As well as your own anti-virus, just in case. And change your passwords email, twitch etc.
