So I've taken up playing Chen lately in solo ques cause he just gank pubbies so easily on the side lanes and push early t1 and t2s even got a under 20 minute rax the other day.
Anyone got some good Chen reps on Dota 2 I could check out or even dota 1? Some of puppies games or something  ?

No stacking, just some minor tricks with skill taking/item shifting/minor microing and making sure not to accidentally double block the camps when you're walking around. Bear instead of Synergy at lvl 3 (despite Synergy giving more damage), qb to yourself when you have ulti (you deal more dmg with the extra attack speed, and qb doesn't stack with entangle), move away bear when you proc entangle (the entangled creep seems to have his brain entangled as well since he won't attack Sylla even in melee form), and shift targets often with the bear to not waste entangle procs on an almost dead creep. Stuff like that. I personally don't do any recall micro, only to get him back from fountain (at lvl 3).

God I wish Mirana was nerfed to the ground and never again picked up in pro play. She's so damn boring to watch :<

I don't mind windrunner that much, at least good shackle shots can be pretty entertaining. Still I don't mind her being banned out every now and then so she's not picked up every single game.
The only thing that is remotely interesting about Mirana are the long range arrow hits, which sadly are way, way more rare than good shackle shots

Btw, is a good counter of sylla still eul'ing his bear ? (since it's a standard creep it takes the full duration and flies forever) or is this not good anymore ? (I'm still stuck in 2007 dota so I don't know if things have changed ><)

Spells last as long on the bear as on heroes.
Also, sylla is a sub-par jungler compared to other junglers and is an extremely good solo-laner and that is also the role he generally has in competitive DotA.

I'm not saying potm is bad, not at all. She's a great hero, obviously. I'm just saying she's boring to watch. You hardly ever get the feeling of 'omg what an amazing play' from someone playing Mirana, not because players are playing her bad or because she's a bad hero but because she doesn't really excel at anything. She's good at most things but not really great at anything, which makes her a very good and versatile hero to play but horribly dull to watch :<
