Well, that's how they had to play it against Storm, not known for his laning, and, as I said, Zeus died anyway. Which common mid heroes are even close to as easy to gank as Zeus? Gyro is the only one I can think of really, but at least he demolishes anyone who shows up without creeps. | ||

That said, heroes without some sort of escape mechanism or survivability sort of faded out, but as I said, you can easily kill heroes like TA, QoP, Bat etc. if you execute well. At least Zeus can stay far away from the wave and still get lasthits. Can't watch the vod in question atm, so it's hard to comment on that game. | ||

I haven't seen this site or it on dota2 specifically but back with FFXI you could swap the .dat file's of item sets around to accomplish that exact thing (mind you you could also modify the models of those files to be easy to spot from a distance for certain enemies). These changes were only client side so whilst they weren't allowed exactly, you were the only one who could see them Most people just used it so that it looked like they were wearing high level gear no matter what level or class they were, but some people (including myself) made models so that their character looked like other characters from games/anime/etc | ||

Storm has a disable and a slow and at level 6 an escape. He is quite squishy but he's still considerably safer than Zeus. Yes, you can kill all mids, but Zeus is pretty much a guaranteed kill every time you try if he's not with supports. | ||
