Playing drunk can be funny, but yes, your skill level takes a nosedive. Playing stoned on the other hand makes me play better than usual sometimes, other times it makes me go derpmode, it depends.
I remember long time ago I played an inhouse when I was really drunk. I played a Boots first roaming Naga and had absolutely no idea what the fuck was going on in the game but somehow ended up going 5-0 or something, I laughed like an idiot.

I play visage only when i am drunk. I like to think that i am only good with that hero drunk.
I can understand the 5-0 drunken roaming naga, i feel like playing do-shit heroes while drunk can work better than expected. It sometimes makes you do those ballsy and unpredictable plays that end up being huge.
Drunken dota can teach you a few things here and there.

Playing drunk also means that you might ruin someone the only game he/she can play in a week. So think about others too.

I don't play drunk often, maybe once or twice a month, but when I do, its usually really hit-or-miss type of thing. Like sometimes I'll just fucking own while hammered, and then others I'll just be complete garbage.
Whatever you do.. Just don't ever play pudge while drunk.. Hitting hooks becomes literally impossible.

You can 'try' to get in if you have a >55% Winrate and >300 Games played.
You might be able to get a trial vouch for 10games
