I really tried but there isn't any good discussion to be found except flames and other drama related stuff.

I could never before stomach a dota forum until TL opened this section. It's like winning a game 30-0 while 5 guys flame you with jealousy and 4 guys admire you and are nice to you so you can help them win the game does bad things to your selfesteem. It doesn't feel bad, but it makes lesser men behave like arrogant asses. Luckily I am truly skilled and don't suffer from inflated self esteem. Also my favorite hero is Phantom Assassin and I win every game ![]()

I need more people to tell me what to think, since I never see him stream. EE was bitter because he didn't get a try out to QPAD but Select got selected/in. Don't care really, i think Select's got the potential to be decent. I like the guy, so props to him.

In case your question about me wanting to ever go pro was serious (lol), I have no intentions of ever doing so. I'm not against learning how to play better, but I have too many other important commitments to ever seriously put in the time I'd need to improve to that level. I'm actually really bad at the game. :D For now I mainly play just to have fun ^_^

What I do find a little strange is how they spent weeks trialing EGM and CWM and then spent days with Select and that other guy before suddenly confirming their roster. It strikes me as being a little rushed, perhaps just so they can participate in whatever tournament. But he has immense amount of time, motivation, and natural talent for games. So picking him up on a team that wants to move in a practice for a long period of time to get to and win TI3 he's a good choice. (outside of drafting a dream team.)
