to be fair, morph is pretty shit now
he's still a good character. he's no where near the bottom tier.
Eh, no he's pretty bad in pubs, even in 6.74 his win-rate was low in pubs. With the recent nerfs, he's a REALLY bad hero. Heroes work differently in pubs anyway.
It's not just the hero but with certain heroes reappearing in the current patch make it hard for morph. NS is good vs morph and I feel undying isn't bad either. Though the nerfs certainly hurt him alot, waveform is quite dodgeable and morph got a ton weaker. Especially in pubs, he's still quite playable, if you know how. His previously low WR before the patch was probably because tons of people saw TI2 and played him not knowing the basics. I feel morph is a fairly easy hero to play once you have a basic grasp of how he works, which is a little awkward at first.

I couldn't find the gem where I thought I'd died.
Also can you buy another one if the timer (10min) has passed?
Yes the gem gets dropped in the exact spot you died but the other team can either pick it up or destroy it and yes you can buy another gem no problem.
You can game the system a little bit in survival and just wait until time is almost out to invoke the spells. which increases your time survived while keeping difficulty as low as possible
Games involving Drow are so fucking boring and lame, I don't get it while people are insta picking this shit.
Also my games are more and more one sided, either my team stomps or we get stomped hard. On-the-edge games are very rare. I think it was better before the big patch. MMR needs some changes.

Yeah, I have noticed this as well. Most of my games are around 30 minutes or less. Maybe once or twice a day I go over 40 min.
I think you really have to memorize the spells to do well at this, I kept looking at the stupid spell list since I never play invoker. I think with practice 200-300+ should be pretty easy, it didn't seem to get harder tbh. Not sure how high scores are so low lol
edit: 202 seconds screw it. It was actually getting difficult, ignore my previous post. Top3 is good enough for me

Your typical pub game scenario:
Some stacks immediately take safelane after the game started, you pick drow and then announce to the team: 'np i hardlane drow and i will carry this anyway'. Proceed to get more last hit than that babysit-ted safelane carry and carry the game.

pfff, clearly i go steal 2 creeps from my carry to get that smoke sending from my crow so i can smoke gank mid. I don't give a damn when the mid needed that crow for his bottle.
As I said, noob, that's how you get your second smoke
pfff my ganking timing is at professional, one smoke is enough for the first 3mins in game!
Pfff wannabe pro, you get smoke ASAP to make the most out of the restock times.

am I crazy to think Wisp is the most boring generic thing ever created in a video game ?
I wouldn't go as far as crazy, but I would definitely like to hear some reasoning behind it. I would call skeleton king generic, but not wisp. I find it a very odd choice of word for him.

looks wise i would kinda agree he/it/she is pretty generic, though definitely not super ugly (like a few heros *cough* necrolyte *cough*)
ability wise his role is pretty straightforwards as a babysitter, but his spells are fun to use and different than other supports. As long as my lane partner is communicative i have a blast with wisp
