If void ults you can just buy back.
Especially offensively, I go with tinker. Guinsoo, euls, halberd, halberd, ethereal blade, travels. Poke until you force a bkb, back off, then shift queue disable as much of their team as possible (don't forget laser), refresh, repeat, buy back if necessary.
You might want to switch a blink in for eb/halberd.
Or refresher omniknight.
