A hero could have very high winrates as counterpicks against certain heroes/teamcomps or with certain heroes/teamcomps but be comparatively weak in other scenarios--they would still put up a high winrate because of captains picking them in those situations, but still not be a good normal pick because of their situational limitations. | ||

he's not a strong pick because he's really awkward to lane, at best he breaks even against the vast majority of heroes plus his damage output is kind of weak, but that's not as important as his awful laning edit: also he lacks real disables =\ | ||

invoker, ta, rubick all win the lane pretty comfortably i mean he does okay against some heroes like qop storm but the vast majority of heroes outlane him | ||

 mention of drafting: Personally i think silencer need an aura range buff so he could finally be in competitive line up. I have been testing him out and everything is GREAT BUT the aura int steal. He is way too immobile to get in range for early int steal. Meanwhile razor is SOOOOOOO strong omfg. I would be fucking frustrated if i ever have to play against a good razor competitively now. Question: if necro unit use mana burn on razor, will they be purged off? | ||
