Black was a stand-in for Mouz and Next at StarLadder, they told him he can't stand-in for two teams, so he's now officially playing with them for SL. Still not a real member. Source or this is false. Mouz said themselves that black was on a break from competitive DotA but was still a member. So yea, i would love for you to provide a source that outright states that black is no longer a part of Mouz. Starladder english VODs, watch em. Situation was explained there, Black Left Mouz, buy was playing stand in when needed for a bunch of teams and was forced to be on the roster of a team if he was to play at all and he decided to be rostered for starladder with mouz to prevent DQs, after starladder ended he went back to not being on the roster.

If you want to get pedantic go ahead, but Black saying he wants a break and then playing in every tournament under the sun for other organisations means he's not a Mouz member because Mouz members aren't allowed to play stand-in for other teams in the same tournament. He wants a break yet plays more officials than any other member of the team 'by far'.

And yet, no statement. There has been no official statement, AKA, untill an official statement is made anything could happen. You could be right, which you probably are, i think the same, but untill a statement is made by Mouz or black, we don't actually know what's going on. Mouz made a statement, which was "The future of Black^ hasn't been decided yet"

apart from you know tobi talking to the team about it and saying so. :/

If teams don't make official statements then we can say whatever we think is right. We can't say "fuck, no official statement, that means it's not true."
Jeyo is still a member of Complexity. Bulba is still a member of EG.
No official statements guys, so sorry, we can't say otherwise.

No official statements guys, so sorry, we can't say otherwise. If an official statement isn't made or if a contract isn't signed, the players could in theory change their mind and head back. Do you know for sure 100% guaranteed that that wouldn't happen? No, you don't. You are assuming. I also did not say that if no official statement is made we can't know anything at all, i said that the current official statement is that it is UNKNOWN WETHER BLACK STAYS OR NOT.

apart from you know tobi talking to the team about it and saying so. :/ And tobi just said that the reason black can play in the ESCW qualifiers is because mouz isn't playing, you know, implying that he's a member of mouz and if they were to play he'd be playing for them.

No, you don't. You are assuming. So? I don't care if it's official or not. In my mind, Jeyo is a member of EG, as he plays for EG in every official match, and he's not in Complexity's line-up for TPL.
You can go ahead and act as if he is still a member of that team all you want. My assumptions are more useful than being blindly ignorant and going by official statements which in the world of Dota couldn't be more rare when it's concerning line-up changes.
As I said earlier, you can be pedantic about if they are members or not, but that isn't tremendously useful to the actual state of the scene.

The fact that they've played so many games but nothing official has been stated makes me wonder. They may just be messing around with the lineup to see if it works out better and go back to the old lineup if it doesn't. I think that's retarded though since Bulba and Universe would be offended.
|
uh no... bulba and universe have been playing for others team too (CoL quantic)....
|
Yeah...? But they haven't said anything officially either have they? All the teams could just be trying out how these new roster changes work for them and if it doesn't they just revert back to their old lineup.

This just in guys, there was no official statement saying tobi was NOT in synd's new team, therefore he must be in the team. :/
|
I think it's more likely they are still discussing contracts or something like that. I doubt they would go back to the old line up.
|
I think Black wanted to take a break and he also said that with the team as it was , there might be some role conflicts ( ie Kuroky and Black were both playing 1). But since then Kuro has shifted position to support ( wisp mostly) which eliminate the role conflicts problem.
As far as the whole roster goes, Mouz said they were evaluating everything so the current Mouz team in Starladder is a temporary one. I think only Sing and Bamboe is more or less confirmed to be on Mouz.
For EG and coL, they are probably just waiting for Jeyo's and Bulba/Universe's contracts to expire or something to avoid complications. Not like any team are in any rush to confirm roster until June next year or so.

I just think it's very possible that people like bdiz remain standins and EG just uses him until they find a suitable replacement.

Just played two games as new Bat in a row, previously having played him a few times and really liking him.
God
Damn
I mean Bat was fun to play in the first place but now holy shit he is a ganking, disable, tanky machine. New STR growth makes me feel that I can skip Vanguard for Blink and Force (saw Demon do it on his stream this morning). New turn rate makes him utterly ridiculous mid and when 1v1'ing anyone. Had a Jakiro in my both games and the amount of DoT we put out in teamfights was disgusting.
Bat is definitely back!

Seriously though, it happens. I've been paired with people who don't even know basics on like page 1, it's pretty bad.
