The story is pretty different when some good team (support) can afford a nortrom with shitty build.

For the Viper discussion, I've been playing that hero Chinese-Tank style for years. Mek is sub-optimal imo, you need damage negation not a source of healing. If you just get bursted and die since you're in the front well then.
Treads/Phase, Drums, RoA optional, Cloak, Vit Booster, then Yasha/Finish Pipe. I honestly hate Manta on Viper....it honestly does a pitiful job giving you dps and survivability. Unfortunately there is no better substitute other than Aghanims. In which case you can go Phase and get a PB instead of Vit B (still having that chase power) That is just how I play it though, so take it how you will.

Honestly it seems every forgets what mek does outside of its heal. You do get a little bit of life from stats, albiet not much. You get Regen, and you get armor, and you give your hero a use outside of simply attacking. You have an abundance of mana and almost no spells, it helps immensely and a pipe is no where near as useful since you have magic resist built in.
Personally I do the phase/treads -> RoA -> drums -> Mek -> aghimns. Personally I think more than anything aghs is the sweet part of this. The shortened cd and the RANGE are insane as well as the damage. As Viper the game shouldn't go too long as it is or you will fall off as a carry. But of course there is never going to be one great build that always works, this build just optimizes all parts of viper and without neglecting anything like his huge mana pool.

hasn't black been off mouz since TI2? he's been standing in for them in games though.

Black left Mouz after TI2.
Black was a stand-in for Mouz and Next at StarLadder, they told him he can't stand-in for two teams, so he's now officially playing with them for SL. Still not a real member.

He was on "a break from competetive gaming" but started playing as a standin pretty soon. He was sorta forced to play for mouz or as a standin for other teams in starladder and chose mouz.

don't you think that there's something wrong with the matchmaking? How come I'm always getting guys in team who can make (at their best I think) stats like 1-10 and on the other team there's almost always a premade team... I've lost 10 games in a row today and every single one was a complete rape, my team had nothing to say at all. Is it possible to implement into matchmaking system an option to solo only queue or something like that? There's no fun from playing at all when you lose every single game with a score 5-50.

Mouz said themselves that black was on a break from competitive DotA but was still a member. So yea, i would love for you to provide a source that outright states that black is no longer a part of Mouz.

Manta is still good for those situations where there are critical debuffs that you need to remove with the active, or where having 522 MS allows you to engage in a way that you wouldn't otherwise.
Also, Assault Cuirass cannot be ignored on Viper.

I honestly think that Aghanim's is overrated on Viper. Realistically, tanky Viper engages in such a way that you will not need to make use of the range boost on the ultimate. The CD on the ult is already low enough to be up for every gank or fight, meaning the question is "is getting a 2nd one off relevant?" In a lot of cases, I would honestly say no--12 seconds into a fight is already after the initial round of spells is blown, and fights are often moving into clean-up/re-engaging. That's an area that Viper already excels at. Realistically the Agha's effect doesn't make him better at this, and other items contribute more to various other parts of his teamfighting.

haha good one, I've played like 700 games and my win ratio is getting lower and lower, not that I care about it, but it would be nice to win a game from time to time.
