and i think i hit my breaking point. i'm sick of playing a hard 5 support, and then when i random a carry the support comes to my lane and jacks farm. so i just started picking luna. every game. almost up to a full page in my history of pure luna. it's kind of freeing, being this much of a cunt. not thinking about the team. i still pick it early so i'm not like, adding to the carry stack, and tbh it's been working out ok. god i'm such a cunt. | ||

i also get pretty vengeful to my own team. like i was laning with a disruptor and i was am. he was trying to last hit, failing and making it ridiculously hard for me to get last hits. so i was like "disruptor please dont farm, pull or soemthing" and he was like NO NOW I GO FOR ALL LAST HITS or something. i have no patience for that shit, so i went lvl 3 jungle as am. slowly farmed up a bfury or wahtever. we lost obviously, but i felt good knowing i'd tanked the game for the idiot who cant work out what supporting a carry is. same thing happened with a prophet (i was playing luna, so he had my aura buff making out-last hitting him pretty tough). i asked and asked for him to go jungle (you know, cuz he was a prophet) and he didn't say a word so i just went to the jungle at like lvl 2. ended up like 0-24 or soemthing XD felt great | ||

one day i figure if i pick luna enough i'll get a competant CM or soemthing to support me and i'll have like 80cs at 10 minutes and destruction will ensue. Not that i'm doing badly with luna, i've been winning the majority of the games i haven't thrown XD but still, i envy the people i support when i random/pick support. i really do. it must be fucking heaven. | ||

That said, i actually kind of like playing position 5 supports if the carry player I lane with is willing to be aggressive. Veno/CM can get a ton of kills early and I tend to end up with much more than just boots since it is lots easier to get bits of farm if you are not getting killed all the time. | ||

Veno/CM can get a ton of kills early and I tend to end up with much more than just boots since it is lots easier to get bits of farm if you are not getting killed all the time. what bugs me is they always pick the role where they get to "be the star" and they're robbing anyone else a chance from taking it. like the people i'm talking about you can go through their match list for like 15+ pages and not see a hero that you'd even vaguely classify as support except the occasional windrunner which is played as a carry. it just bugs me. like they're not sharing the stage. if you're playinga solo mid morphling, regardless of what goes on in the game, if your team is winning you'll be getting a lot of kills (because you';ll get an eblade and pewpew people), meanwhile your supports will be sitting in the background, still winning, but you'll be getting all the endorphins and praise and shit. that's the best i can explain it. | ||

The better is still the opposite where I was playing with my friends, randomed Faceless Void, and not a single person picked a mid hero afterwards. Now I know amongst the group of friends I was playing with, I am far and above all of them in skill level (not trying to brag, just have years and years of more expierence). Went mid, had to face invoker, won the lane, won the game. Now of course the same has happened in other games in completely unwinnable mid lanes that proceed to lose us the game so its not a 100% thing, and can get pretty frustrating. However it still feels great to win mid with a hero that had no business doing so. | ||

A better option IMO is to just play a mode that is not all pick. I tend to have lots more even games playing RD and people who only play 1 hero would never play that mode anyway. | ||

Definitely true, but Linken's just feels like a really expensive mana regen item except vs a few very rare lineups to me. If force staff went through Linken's it might be an even worse item despite the fact the next cheapest items for doing it are euls and diffusal because blocking force staff is probably worth it a lot of the time. | ||
