Yeah, there are a ton of them for sell, because people don't understand source dmg (or just can't search / sort by it)... but really, no one would seriously buy one without at least 50-320 dmg, most prefer 350+
I have a couple source around 50-310 with 7.5 / 8 crit and a mix of stats (1 with high mf and vit, one with arcane / arcane on crit) and couldn't get rid them 500k each.

Source damage is important. To bring the big bucks it needs to be 350+. I sold this source for 9m a few weeks ago after shopping it around on d2jsp and here for a few days since the AH is a shitfest when it comes to off hands.

Probably not much.
Socket is kind of a must for headgear, since you can get 12% life for free and 15% if you want shell out some gold. That completely negates the + life% and armor on it (and probably more), so it's kind of a equivalent of a high int helm with explosive blast critical chance if had a socket. Well, you can get a high int helm with (overall) critical chance and a socket for reasonably cheap, so I don't see your helm bring much.

Really high end (anything pass 40m/100 USD) can't be priced properly since it's pretty much worth what people are willing to pay on a given day. But TBH I don't see 250 for this...

It's worth more than that... I doubt I'd want to pay 250 for it but it's definitely more than "a few mil". I don't know why u think it's a strength belt when it has such a high dex rolll. 16mf is also more than enough to bring the price up. This is obviously for demon hunters, not barb.

LOL, a few million.....25m. It is nearly a max dex roll with nearly a max ar roll with a ton of vitality, and more than decent armor considering the str, making it nearly bis, but then you add mf on top of it. Yes, it is worth $250 or +100m.
And take into consideration the mf nerf is coming and it may be worth even more after.

Does anybody care about the "reduces damage from ranged attacks" modifier? I have some pretty solid bracers and was wondering if that stat boosts it up in value at all.
