I will never buy a wizard offhand without +crit chance on it even if it has max dmg roll so... I think it's not worth much at all... yes damage is important but blue demi liches are everywhere and there are no super useful mods on that offhand... damage is super important on offhand but it MUST come with crit chance for it to be worth anything first, bonus stats that make an offhand go into the millions++: ap on crit / int / mf / vit | ||

There's like 1 weapon on the entire EU AH with more dps and >950 LoH, and that's up for like 150 mil. Although it's definitely not worth anywhere near that much, it's most definitely in the double digit millions. | ||
