Dex is low but the other stats are awesome. Not sure about pricing since the dex is v low... Id pay a mill for my tankyset but im no expert

I recently picked up a pair of Zunimassa's Journey http://us.battle.net/d3/en/item/zunimassas-journey for 2.2mil on the NA SC server.

The rolls were 6% / 6%

16% magic find
2.7% chance of immobilize on hit

Mostly it was an impulse 1d12h impulse buy, as it was underpriced by ~1mil vs and seemed like decent rolls. However, the price of Zunimassas also seems to be dropping - couple of days ago I looked and minimum price was 5 mil, and now the lowest was 3mil and not getting bought out instantly.

If anyone could shed a light on the boots market I'd appreciate it and give me a decently accurate PC on these boots i'd appreciate it.

They're ridiculously overrated, I'll be honest and say you're not going to make a profit on these, I'd quickly try and sell at 2.7m and make a 100k profit or something.

You really need boots with str/int/dex (depending on class)

I have no idea what yours are worth, but I have been merching ZJ's for a while now,

You have to ask yourself who is going to actually use them instead of a dirt cheap crafted boot with huge stats. ZJ's are only valuable because with a main stat roll they become the BIS DPS boot due to the AS/PD which cannot roll on crafted.

You may be able to sell yours for a couple mil or whatever, but they are pretty worthless from an actual usability standpoint. You are banking on some kid hearing they are good and buying solely because they are green and have a name.

100+ Int/Dex Zunis are where its at, but they obviously go for at least 10-15mil

That sounds about right. I personally consider %immob to be a high-value roll on boots for a WD-themed boots due to their absurd scaling with on-hit cc, but I find that proposition hard to sell to the average player and I'm not the type to hold onto something for indeterminate amount of time until WD gets buffed >.>. I probably will attempt to cash out of this ASAP for 3 to 3.2mil depending on what the prices look like when I get home, as the next 2 highest one with MF is 7mil with 5/5 rolls I should be okay for selling them quickly.

I'm pretty good at pricing stuff for the other 4 classes (and just price int stuff based on wizards) but I don't have a grasp of loh/manareg/maxmana value for WD's. Some insight would be appreciated.

Tough one because it essentialy lacking an open socket or some passive critical hit damage. The life on hit , high int , maxmana make it attractive to a VQ+Bears build but again, lacking that critical hit. I'd say you are still holding a 10-20~ million gold ( US server ) item.

That amu should be easily worth 10-20 mil. I'd suggest 20 mil starting bid no buyout and see what happens. That is def an end-game amulet.

That shield too.....10% crit chance....and decent stats. Shame no %block or that would be close to a BiS item. Still worth a large chunk, although I'm not great a shield pricing. I'd say 10 mil no buyout see what happens.
