The shoulders are "worthless". No AR, no vit, all it has going for it is a super high STR roll. You could probably get ~200k max for it, I'm guessing. Like the WD item it's a "just starting inferno" item, not an item an end-game, act 3 running barb would want in any way possible.

I'm not good with crit damage at all(I never look for it for my monk), and the amulet is a ridiculously rare combo. Literally nothing on the entire AH has 600 LoH, life regen, and CC reduction. I threw the ammy up on the RMAH for $250, although I highly doubt it will sell for that.
