This can go on for most items, they seem too be very good with many and different stats but none has really all stats that one class is looking for.
They are not worthless, but I think when you tried searching for your prices you looked at the wrong combos/narrowed the search too much. If you inserted everything of the 1st gloves you might have got extreme results, but none is looking for that combo sadly.
Won´t/can´t look at specific prices, sorry. Just wanted to make a short (lol) overview how I see it. Hope for you I´m wrong.

I guess if you have enough Loh from amu/rings it isn´t necessary anymore on weapon, but then think about how much a socket would be better. A blue with socket would have almost the exact same damage but can get much higher CD.
Perhaps I´m too focused on LoH since that´s the way I´m surviving in Act 2 atm, but I noticed than I can go full to dps in Act 1. Probably just the perspective.

Ring is 34% maximum. Must be that tier 10 has not ever dropped yet.
Crit chance , Crit Dmg, Atk Speed, Dex... whatever it may be, it all depends on what you have at the moment. If you have the specific stat already high enough, it is pointless to improve on it, but much much mucchhhhh more beneficial to upgrade something you lack. Sometimes, 8% crit chance can have worse impact than 8% Crit dmg.

Just found a recipe for the 6 property chest piece. Didn't see any of these on the AH so I'm not sure how much it's worth? Also wondering if it's worth keeping for myself to try to making a profit off of crafting? I've heard the 6 property gloves recipe is quite profitable, but haven't heard anything about the chest recipe.
