Dex and Vit, while almost perfect for the piece, are generally pretty low. Has a ton of armor for a helm, spirit regen is nice, and 8% deadly reach damage seems good for a monk using that instead of FoT. If it would have been FoT I would have probably used it for my monk. Thoughts on price?

those are really really good rolls on the stats (for a bracer), decent rolls on the resistances and crit chance bonus. when you put them together, it is something that should be going for 20m+ IF.... the rolls were on any other equipment types.

the stat improvements you get from buying top tier equipment is usually quite drastic especially for gloves / boots (which often hit 200+ for primary stats) but not so for bracers (e.g. you can't find a 200 dex rare bracer on the AH). realistically though, there will be wizards who are willing to splurge for marginal stat improvements.

it is still a good find, i would put a buyout at 10m, bid @ 5m.

I made 3 lv62 gloves today that got some pretty nice rolls on 1 or 2 stats, but crap rolls on the last 2-3. I'm on NA SC.

Glove #1:
+67int
+46 poison res
+8.5% crit chance
+5882 life/globe
Average price on GAH: 1mil? not even.

Glove#2:
+46str
+243 dex
+27 lighting res
+6.5% crit chance
Average price: ~2-3 mil

Glove#3
+81str
+63dex
+89vit
+134 thorns
+8% crit chance
Average price: less than 1 mil.

So what's the most that I can sell the trash gloves for, and what's the most I can get out of the 243 dex one?

In general, with such items I think it's best to set the buyout unreasonably yet semi-reasonably high (like maybe 40 mil in your case) and start with your initial buyout plan as bid (18m in your case).

Especially with high-dps weapons, I think it's highely unlikely that they won't sell, so if nobody goes for the 40 mil, you still have your 18m after one and a half days. You just have to be patient enough to wait for it.
