The point is not that it's possible on TL, but I thought I understood someone else's post to mean that he successfully used the same code on another forum, which worked. Obviously, the exact same code will only show the person's TL name if he happens to be logged into TL and nothing otherwise, but I was wondering if other sites had similar code that will do the same thing with similar URLs. Implications: social engineering exploits & fun. Now I suspect the "worked on other forums" post was referring to the facebook link. | ||

Nope, poll (and everything else except the calendar and tracker) is custom coded. Can't abuse it on other forums unless their users are logged into TL. fonger used it on the NZ forums because most of them also visit TL. :p | ||
