The Twitch Bracket Challenge
Tradition is held in high regard at TSL, so we could not do without a staple classic amongst our fan competitions – we are very happy to bring back the bracket contest! It's been around forever and it's a great way to show your mates that you know more than they do. And if they beat you, well you can always blame "bracket luck" for your loss. A win-win, really! Twitch tends to agree with us here so they've graciously decided to sponsor this event for TSL6. We're going to integrate the contest into the broadcast as well, meaning that if you're one of the gods of predicting brackets, you'll get to see your name live on air. And who could deny your expertise then?
With the short time between the last qualifier and the first weekend of play we're going to have to take a slightly different approach this time around. 24 hours just isn't enough time to go back and find all the head to head stats and make an informed bracket. That's why we're starting you off slow with a simple prediction challenge for the first weekend, so you can properly judge the player's current form. Then, on Monday, we'll get the bracket contest for the remaining weekends of the tournament up and running for you, so keep your eyes out for that!
The winner of this first weekend prediction contest will win $150 in store credit on the Team Liquid store.
How to enter
Fill in the following Google Form with your predictions. It's as easy as that. We'll keep track of the scores and will reach out to the winner after Sunday's broadcast ends.
Good luck!
