The problems I'm having right now are:
-I tend to word things very poorly
-The questions are too similar to last year's questions

Remember that as an interviewer, open questions are the easiest way to score a jackpot and specifications after the replies are allowed so you can angle it the way you want it to be.
It's un-ethical, but every answer can be tailored a bit so it works better in a full context.
