He suffers a lot from inconsistency and making poor decisions at time (especially when to attack vs when to sit back and build). Maybe if he wasn't a student or had medical issues he could concentrate on it more (not making excuses for him).
Yeah yeah I'm in no way saying that Welmu is bad, he's legit, maybe the best foreign protoss atm, and is probably underestimated due to him not travelling to a lot of foreign events, but comparing him to Snute is just not right

Welmu just don't have enough changes to proof himself
I can't even count how many times he has had to cancel participation to different events. Most lately this nordic sc2 cup and one another (online, dont remember name). Before that Homestory and DH. It's not fair
