Well I would certainly want the person who leaves games all the time to be banned since that's just annoying but since it wasn't you...

If they ban you it will be due to account sharing, not losing games.

No, you will not be banned for a losing streak.
Lesson to learn from this, and something I've come across very often: Even anti-social, awkward, lowlife kids can be the biggest jealous, conniving, twisted douchebags out there, as crazy as it may be. Never forget that.

I report everyone i meet who leaves on purpose for any reason (i check match history first of course to see if they are actually leaving games on purpose :D)

The problem i have with it is that i don't think the justifications for screwing up the match making for others are good enough.

The ones i have heard are: "I want to offrace, and i am then at a lower level, so i don't wanna lose". I don't like this because you simply have to accept the only constant in sc2: You will lose... ALOT! Why not just accept that and let the MMR adjust itself. Even if you get stomped every game, you can always take something from the game just because it doesn't last 30 minutes.

"I haven't played for a while, so i am at a different level". Same as above, but also. You have a pretty good psycological and mechanical insight in yourself if you know what level you are at, since league is not directly linked to skill!

"I want to have fun in bronze league". You are dick and deserves to get banned so you can spend the time getting a more healthy way to boost your self esteem.

Of course, if they can give a reasonable reason for why, such as the OP i won't report, but usually they just have an instant macro essay about that they haven't played in a while, or they simply doesnt response when i ask!
