As del has stated, i have taken over running the league due to his other commitments. A big thanks to deL for starting this, I'll do my best to have everything run smoothly.

Here is the brief summary i posted in the blizzard SEA fourms. The rest of the updated rules/info can be viewed in the OP or the 3rd post in this thread.

THE KING OF SEA FRIENDLY NATION LEAGUE!

With the success of the recent friendly nation wars between Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and Malaysian, the competitive community scene was kicked off to a thrilling start, and the fans were left screaming MOAR MOAR MOAR!!

And Moar you shall have.

Over the next 7 weeks, for pride, honour and in a bid to liven up our spanking new SEA server, 8 of the finest countries in SEA will engage in battle to determine the true KING country of SEA!

Expect faboulous and hilarious casting, thrilling Ace matches, and absolute top level play from the finest players SEA has to offer, representing their countries and fighting for king and country!

Come join in the fun!!
If you are keen on playing, some of the countries are still looking for players to represent them, message the team managers on TL and take part in this epic battle!
If you want to watch these exciting matches, its on every weekend starting from next week 29th August, for the next 7 weeks!! There will be streams every matchday Sunday 4pm Singapore/Malaysia time 6pm Au time 7pm NZ time. Cheer on your fellow country mates and be entertained by the the hilarious aussie casting!

Basic Info
-Each team will have a maximum of 10-player roster of which to draw their 4 players + Ace to battle every week.
-The season will run for 7 weeks and first round will commence on Friday the 27th of August

Format of Matches
-four 1v1 matches played, each best-of-three
-The loser will pick the next map.
-a deciding ACE match if required (i.e if score is tied at 2-2).

Every week, at least one country battle will be streamed.

This is the Sunday matchday time:
2:00PM UTC+7 (Vietnam)
3:00PM SST (Singapore/Malaysia/HK)
5:00PM AEST (Australia)
7:00PM NZST (New Zealand)

Team points are awarded as follows:

Win – 3 ladder points
Loss – 0 ladder points
Draw – 1 ladder point
Bonus Point – Winning 4-0; Losing in an ACE match
Penalty – Minus 1 ladder point

Thailand has been added to the schedule already and i am awaiting your team submission.

Every team except Phillipines, Thailand and Vietnam has gotten back to me. Please reply my PM asap. Team managers must be responsibile and active if not you will cause problems for the other countries and scheduling and if you do not submit your lineup by tomorrow your country will not be in this league. It starts this weekend so things have to be done quick.

Remember you have to give me the player list WITH the character codes and the exact names
To find a players character code - For example u want the character code of "wakemeup" go to http://www.sc2ranks.com/search/sea/wake and search by typing the name "wake", the charcater code will be shown as #123 next to the name and can be taken from there.

No, only the streamed match of the week will be played on Sunday and to showcase all the nations it will be different streamed countries everyweek. i.e if sg vs nz win the poll to be streamed this week, they wont be included in the poll next week.

The matchups for the weekend will be posted on Thursday and the non streamed matches can be played anytime between thursday-sunday, it will be up to the players/managers and they dont have to play all the matches together as a set.

Its only if they cannot agree on a time(this should be the exception not the norm) they have to play on the default time on sunday. Same thing for the ace match, if theres an ace match needed and they cant agree on a time it will be on sunday default time. I feel this way will allow for MUCH MORE flexibility for the players and managers also since it will be hard to get 4 dedicated streamers every week.

I actually wrote these rules and details, its in the third post of this thread.

Things are going great, everyone with the exception of Malaysia(having trouble getting players) and Thailand (MIA) have sent me the team list with the character codes. Expect some of the matchups to be posted soon as some teams have sent me the first weeks lineup.

btw, what website/clan are you guys belong to? cant find much info bout sc2 in VN

There is no official SC2 website or Clan in VN yet, quite not a large number of people playin' SC2 in VN though. (anyway, you can pretty much find all of us @ gamevn.com)

PS: I'm afraid the roster of VN was finished and submitted, dont worry, we do have many good players in top 100 SEA though

Remember if u want to add new players u can change ur roster every week but it must be a week before the games. i.e deadline was sunday for this weekends matches
