Because you need a certain amount of intelligence to be able to be succesful at starcraft. And strategy game addicts are usually the smarter kind of people. To be a model intelligence doesn't matter, so models have average intelligence while starcraft players are above average.

Spy is correct. Go watch zoolander maybe. I know that these are stereotypes but the profession you choose reflects on your personality, values, and intelligence. I have respect for doctors for example. A model, while I have nothing against them really, is basically a statue. I wonder what kind of conversation I could have with a statue. I think I would have a funner time talking to TossGirl.

They chose the profession for money. Thanks for that, it makes my point even stronger. That makes them intelligent?
What you have here are the girls on "Joe Millionaire". I'm sure most of the people from the States know about that show. It features greedy women who signed onto a show in which a rich guy would select one of them to be a wife. Twist on the show is that the guy is actually not rich.
Btw, I'm talking about more than just IQ here.

I didn't say models where more stupid than regular people, I said they had average intelligence because it has got nothing to do with their profession 
But I think smart people consider people with average intelligence stupid ;/
