Flying takes it out, and Sea didn't even try to drop anything! Sea is actually attacking with his main army at the top of the map, going right for Flying's third!

Flying sending an obs ahead of the arb to see if it's safe Sea trying to attack Flying's third using his vults and dship/tank combo, but Flying simply scares him off by attack-moving some goons
