Interestingly, I like how Jaedong and Bisu both came back from a losers game to stomp both competitors, one of which who beat them, in demanding fashion. Testament to their will and talent.

Jaedong's games were both a boon and a bane. Right now, his is borderline on showing a dangerous addiction to mutas. Out of the 8 games he's played this last week, the only one where he didn't use mutas to great effect was vs Much (not sure) and Modesty. However, it's much better than when he used Mutas during his "slump". He can still win even when his opponents go for hard-counters, though it makes the games really close.

Bisu should have lost his game against free...

Difference between should've and didn't, hth.

Don't get me wrong, I think JD>Bisu, but I enjoy the similarity of their situations.

On the other hand, Jaedong is stomping OSL while Bisu is getting CC rushed. :x

Jaedong looking for revenge.

Jaedong looking for revenge is not pretty. Ask Hwasin, firebathero and forgg

That. Jaedong was pissed off. His face when he beat Leta's 2-port Wraith? It's like Jaedong got pissed off more by winning.

That is not the face you want Jaedong to wear right after he kicked some guys ass and you have to play him now. Especially when you beat him a couple of times in the past, and he's know for having a little revenge fetish.

Just finished watching the game between Jaedong and Movie, did anyone notice movie's archon was attacking hatchery instead of sunken together with zealots in the first wave of attack he made? I believe he could've dealt a much bigger damage to Jaedong if he micro'ed the archon properly

Yeah. I also noticed it. He definitely could have dealt much more damage with his first attack. He basically wasted one archon there without using it at all.

I couldn't catch this live, but it seemed like Jaedong really played a perfect game vs. Leta.

edit: I'd love Horang if he did that build and won against anybody except Nada. wtf....

9 Points away from breaking his ELO peak and 18 from Bisu's. Very possible with upcoming matches against stork/possible khan ace, light + possible mbc ace, and yarnc. The games wouldn't be huge upsets if he lost but let's face it, JD is the undisputed favorite against anyone not named Bisu.

Huh i'd consider him a favorite against Bisu right now considering how the two are playing.

How would you even decide who is the favorite in that matchup? Bisu won in their meeting but Jaedong is scarier. It's less that Bisu's the favorite and more that Bisu is the only player who Jaedong could lose against in a straight up game without it being a massive upset.

agree
cant see anyone else
flash was once but his tvz became pretty crappy
he needs to work on his new build or get back to mnm
cant see why jaedong wont take msl osl and gom unless all those matches will occur very close to each other i'd say he is even favorite
game over dude .... game over!!!!

The dangerous time is definitely the next few weeks. Once (if) JD gets past the last round of Bo3s, his chances will increase dramatically.

Jaedong's usually good in Bo3s. I mean how many has he lost so far? He drops more leagues in the group stages/offline prelim t han Bo3s.

Free, Flash x2, Tempest (lol what?) are the ones that come to mind recently. He's good at Bo3, but he's really good at Bo5s. Or Bo1+4 for this MSL.

It will be interesting to see if Flash can master his new build in time for his matchup against Jaedong in GOM. Given, Flash has to first beat Shuttle but I really dont think he has much risk of losing to him (not saying it cant happen).

If Flash plays anything like he did last time he met Jaedong, he will lose 0-2. If he's able to master his build and surprise Jaedong he might give him a run for his money. I really hope that Jaedong is able to advance though, because if he beats flash he'll be in a great spot to qualify for Blizzcon. I'd really love to see Jaedong FINALLY at a Blizzcon, he really deserves it. Especially since its a TON of money on the line.

Though really, in a perfect world, Blizzcon would invite Bisu, Jaedong, and Flash. That would be the most epic finals in a long time.

How does that work anyway? What does a player have to do to qualify for Blizzcon? And by ton of money, how much are we talking here? 30k$?

Man, Jaedong was just on another level last night. Incredible play by him to manhandle Leta and just barely fend off Movie to move on to the Ro16.

Flash needs to stop fucking noob stomping. We bitch about how shitty his TvZ is (ironic because of his 63% TvZ haha) and constantly losing to top players proves he got too used to noob stomping that MU.

Flash needs to start going bio. I don't care about his 'new build' let the other terrans master that.
