Destination should keep fantasy fairly safe from any ridiculous cheeses, and in a straight-up game there's no way his superior TvP mechanics will let him down. fantasy > Iris In my eyes, the night's toughest matchup to call. Iris is a TvT master of old and, despite what everyone seems to think, TvT is definitely not fantasy's strongest matchup. Yaoyuan always lags, but at least the stream seems fairly smooth.

Technically we're still at 2 minutes to event time, so it's possible the stream is not up yet. YY is definitely not working atm...and Daum PotPlayer shows no "play" button so I assume it's just not live yet.

Well, the PotPlayer stream link is up but...as usual, it won't load for me T_____T
Based on the comments at YY, it seems like they will be airing this MSL group. I can't comment on whether their stream works until I boot my windows VM.

I just got the WMP 400K stream up and, as someone already mentioned, it's showing old Survivor games. I guess we can only hope the other streams are showing MSL?

YY is working right now im watching wmp(400K) its showing survivor at the moment but recently Chinese started to commentate I assume there wanting to do this group but i suspect that MBC isnt going to show it. Maybe at a different time slot?

Iris going for a 2fac build, Jangbi with standard 1gate core -> range so far.

iris has a supply next to rax, so marines can run through and zeals cant, so jangbi i'm pretty sure is going to be forced to pull back.
still applying pressure with his goons though, and iris only has 2 marines in his base, while jangbi has 2 goons in iris's base

I just tuned in and Jangbi lost a few goons to a mine, so he is blocking off his nat with pylons and waiting for obs (although he is showing is reaver bay...
Iris is expanding and building a starport, running around with vults laying mines.

Shuttle out for Jangbi, add on finished for Iris' starport. Iris also has a tank out and two facs with add ons before his CC is finished.

Iris ferrying everything into the P main while jangbu harasses the T nat with his reaver.
Wraith is out and is chasing away the reaver, Vults are in the protoss main but it looks like Jangbi defended with goon/obs ok. the camera didnt show it.
Jangbi lost his shuttle and reaver to the wraith.

Templar archives almost done for Jangbi, he is just starting his third gate now. He loses a goon to a mine and an obs to a turret. That sucks if he is going to try to dt drop.
Four gates now for Jangbi, he also has shuttle speed. Iris just chilling at his nat. He still has his dropship.
Janbi tries to find a whole in the turret line in the T main, and drops two DTs there. They are behind the minerals though. Iris trying to put up turrets but has a way to go.

Jangbi has taken 3 in the meantime, adn his two dts are doing moderate damage in the T main.
However, his expo at three was walled in with pylons and Iris dropped vults behind the walls. Thus, Jangbi has to kill his own pylon to get goons in to defent.
side note, in the forst person view Iris is soooo much faster than jangbi.

DTs finally die in the T main. There is a lot of rubble, but it wasn't crippling, and Jangbi also lost that shuttle.
Iris is trying to push out from his nat, but he gets completely butchered by Jangbi's speedshuttle zealot drop. He loses all his tanks and GG's.

When Iris couldn't take out that third base, he had to push. However, without being able to finish his factories (thanks dts) his force was too weak, and Jangbi cut him up with speed shuttle zealot bombs.

First pylon for Tempest is between his nexus and gas, and a gateway follows soon after.
Fantasy is running an scv all around before making his barracks... maybe he suspected cheese? I dunno.
My daughter is creating a lot of noise downstairs I'm gonna have to check in a minute.
Still no scout for Tempest and his core just finished.

Fantasy gets him to back off, but took some damage.
Ahh, tempest running his goons over mine fields. Bad idea.
Fantasy also floated his rax into the second nat for tempest, and parked it so his rines spawn behind minerals. That was cute, but he didnt kill anything.

Anyway, Fantasy took another expo, which Tempest is harassing with a reaver, but Fantasy takes no losses with good defense.
Tempest with only one gas still, and tons of idle probes. He needs more gas since he has arbiter tech.
DShip coming from Fantasy which Tempest sees. It drops the second p expo and the P main. In the meantime Tempest reaver drops an empty T nat.
Fantasy is just raping with this one drop. He also has two vults behind the P nat. Very frustrating stuff.

Tempest doom recalls the T main. Unfortunately he pins all his units behind buildings, and they get raped by tanks. He kills no factories. One turret.

Fantasy with 2/3 ups now. Four ghosts moving out, I think they are to lockdown arbs. Tempest recalls the T main, which unfortunately left him with no defense at home.

Anyway, that was super rape. Fantasy had a nice contain going, buthe really needed to back off his tanks about three squares. He was too close to the cliff, and Jangbi's goons could hit from above. He needed to get back, make more turrets vs the shuttle, and force Jangbi down the ramp.
He also needed to patrol a little bit, lay mines around the main to spot shuttles, and stop that secret expo.

templar archives almost done, and four gates from tempest. everything i know about him is that he is a macro monster, but that reputation is from a while ago. Tempest clearing mines with zealots, and now sending four dts to follow. Iris has one turret in a good spot though, between nat and cc.

Wth tempest defending the last several minutes, iris also expoed to 9.
Now Iris attacking the nat of tempest. WOW tempest tries to go through the skinny part of his choke with goons. He kills the attack but man... he loses goons like a bulimic loses meals.

Protoss proxies are just so strong on this map.
It's like the terran needs to sacrifice one of his initial 4 scvs to either proxy first, or atleast watch the scouter/potential proxy probe as it leaves the base.

Well if it's 7pylon 7 gate it's all in for them... they can't rebuild gates at main like they do when they proxy 9 right? since they have to cut probes you just need to use good Rax depot placement to be able to run marine between or wall.
I know it's a pain, I hate it when i scout it on iccup ;_;

I have a question about the OSL though. Why was the potential GGPlay vs Stork considered so good to watch? GGPlay is one of the worst players to win a title, and Stork's PvZ sucks. Personally I thought it would be a pretty lame final.

Surprisingly, GGplay is one of the most popular players in korea.
And since stork always choked against ggplay and they made very interesting games together, people wanted to watch them duke it out.

but no it doesnt set them back nearly as much as it should, plus the first zeal is there a second or 2 after your rine pops if you 11 raxed and it wasnt delayed at all, and the probe gets there before you place the barracks so you're either gonna have the barracks out of place or its gonna be delayed, either way the first zeal is almost guaranteed to fuck with you which more than makes up for the 2 cut probes.

Most were constructive points, and it's not like it's continued, they stopped once FS made his point.
There is ALWAYS disagreement with PR, this isn't a special case.
It's usually that Jangbi has gotten some of the easiest draws in the tournaments and has managed to avoid many S-class players.
Jangbi is not even that underrated, Free is way more underrated at the moment.

I was just pointing out that the PR has nothing to do with public sentiment. Which is why it's a flawed argument. You can't say a person's not underrated just because one person(fakesteve in this instance) rate him highly. And even then Fakesteve had to make a huge caveat on his reasoning.
Edit: Sorry, didn't really want to turn this into a PR discussion. I think people here generally "dislike" Jangbi more than underrate him.

I don't think he is underrated at all. He made it to the MSL final. Now he is in the GOM final to face off against Bisu again. I think it was the Samsung coach that said it was usually Jangbi or Stork that would win their inhouse tournaments. Knowing that and seeing this group, it wasn't a surprise seeing Jangbi 2-0 his group easily. A lot of protoss will fall under the pressure of Fantasy's allin attack. Even Fantasy didn't seem confident in fighting Jangbi using a standard build.

yep. What pissed me off about his #1 PR was that it indicates he is better than Bisu at the moment (his pvz MIGHT HAVE BEEN in the week where Bisu went 1-4 that's all). He played for a whole month only like 12 games though against middle class progamers, thats what many people didnt understand: to make him #1 when there is no real proof he is on fire.
bisu on the other hand beat Flash 2--1 gomtv, beat flash in proleague.. but i guess that doenst belong here.
