fOrGG fucking deserves his spot, screw Sea. fOrGG has proved already he can do something in a series and actually has a chance to win this.

The amount of trash talk in this forum about progamers is excessive...

Well, from what I gather from those fomos board translations, the koreans are just as bad. Anyways, I dunno if I'm speaking as a minority or a majority here but I just enjoy watching a good game of starcraft. I have some favourite players but I don't get up in arms over them. People like us do exist

not fixed because that MSL was one of the hardest earned MSL's ever. if u beat sea in a bo3 and kal, flash, jd ALL in a bo5.... that says miles about your play skill and his ability.... totally deserves this spot

You guys fail if you don't realize Jaedong played horribly that day. Was a fluke that forGG got him on that day. Any other day and Jaedong would have won.

or mayb forgg prepared better than JD that series?
even if wht u say is true how does that explain his series vs sea, kal, and flash?

which was a smart idea considering flash 14cc'd every game i think.... seriously thou... if a player goes 14cc everygame wouldnt u play the same way forgg did?
thats another case where forgg prepared better than flash or was smarter....
edit: this is coming from a flash fan whos still to this day bitter about that series

True, Koreans can be worse. But i kind of let them go cause most of the Netizen that speak out are little kids 8-12 yrs old (Don't know if its the SC community, but the pop culture community are). Stupid kids that have too much time on their hands.
I just think we can tone it down a bit. I have my own group of "favorite players," but if they lose, then they lose. Why go around trying to start crap?

Too mean. =/ I changed my mind.

Guys, it's not a "fluke" Starleague win when you beat a top 4 (at the time, even now top 6) Protoss, best Terran, and best Zerg in consecutive BO5s.
ForGG played out of his mind in that MSL (I'm pretty sure he 3-1'd Flash and 3-0'd JD) and maybe he'll never play that well again but that doesn't change the fact that he won a Starleague and most definitely earned it.

Any other day and Jaedong would have won. lol, Jaedong was already have a lot of trouble with ZvT during that time. So many people were expecting him to get raped by Hwasin at the semifinals but he pulled out 2hatch muta and Hwasin got beat because he wasn't expecting it at all. His ZvT still wasn't back to how it used to be, and forGG probably had experience playing against Jaedong prior to the finals and he just ran over him.
The three maps that were played were all rather Terran favoured, according to stats as well. Jaedong played on some disadvantageous maps playing standard 3hatch muta which was considered pretty much "solved" at the time.
And the argument that "someone played horribly so the other person was just lucky" argument is fucking flawed as well. If you failed then you failed, nothing else. Your argument is retarded.

I don't think JD even played poorly in the MSL. ForGG just dismantled him.
Calling that MSL win a fluke could not be further from the fluke. I'm not even a fan of his, but I've rarely seen any player perform as well as ForGG did during that MSL run. He was absolutely superb.
