Isnt the GSL and GOM Classic different? Calm beat Lomo in bo3 in the GOM Classic season 2. I thought GSL was the one where Stork and Flash met in the finals where the set number of participant was 16.

The GSI (GOMTV Star Invitational) was in early 2008 and Flash beat Stork in the finals.
The GSL (GOMTV StarLeague, or GOM Classic), now in its second season, is different from the GSI. It's a little confusing, especially since an uppercase "i" looks like a lowercase "L".

Kal has expanded to his nat while keeping Pure contained. Pure's min only expo finishes after Kals nat expo. Pure now adding the natural nexus.

Yet another huge battle, it comes out with Kal having tons of goons left and Pure with many zlots remaining. Pure harassed during the battle though and killed many probes with his shuttle/reaver.

Both players lose their 4th base. Kal has tons of archons now, Pure's zealots are just going to get slaughtered.
Kal has this now, Pure is getting routed in every battle.

Should be a good match Mind vs Calm. You never know what to expect sometimes with Minds TvZ or Mind in general, I suppose, and Calms been playing pretty good lately. I still gotta go with Mind, mainly to see the ace match.

Agreed, it gets worse when you actually understand the chinese. The people they get usually have awful dictation and knowledge about the scene.

Pretty good game between two very skilled players.
Edit: Anyone who missed the last part of that game needs to watch it just for the great Dmatrixes by Mind. He basically makes a wall of them for Calm to suicide zerglings into.

Roro's spire is slightly slower than Calms. Both are massing lots of zerglings...and a huge battle.
Basically ends up even but calm runs by some lings and snipes 4-5 drones. I would say calm is safely ahead now.

July is decent at ZvZ, average for a progamer, its his ZvT thats unreliable these days. He's a favorite to win vs any player who really sucks at TvZ, but against anyone who has at least a moderate competence, he fails painfully.

Roro is now at 5 games winning streak. He appeared from nowhere and took down some top players recently. No matter what, I find it suprising that July loses to a no-name Zerg. But I guess if he will continue playing like that he may become a 'well known Zerg very soon

Well, can you name more than 4 players from any other team(besides T1 of course)? Most teams aren't deep, and now with 2v2 out, a 7 game playoff series would involve some pretty crappy players facing off.
