Yeah, if GGPlay was the better player, then why didn't he utilized his being better by finding some map flaws? And yeah, I'm not sure why GGPlay didn't anticipate metal. I think because SK Terran is a lot common about it, but if I were Fantasy, I'd use Metal too, cuz GGPlay is just immortal with his swarm and plague and he just rapes SK Terran for breakfast. But yeah, Fantasy knew he'd get owned if he used SK Terran (as game 3 showed) and switched back to metal on game 4. | ||

Had Fantasy won twice on Plasma and barely pulled an ugly cheese on some other map, then MAYBE you could have blamed map imbalance. This is not what happened. Medusa is clearly not T>Z (quite the other way, but not that many games have been played yet), and GGPlay got stomped on it too. Fantasy did his homework and he (or oov, it seems) came up with a really solid build, which he executed perfeclty (read Day[9]'s analysis btw, it is brilliant). Had GGPlay been the better player, he would have found a way to counter it, instead of just a-moving a flock of mutas above zillions of Goliaths and a couple Valks. Every D- n00b knows GGPlay is pretty unstoppable if he reaches late game against M&M (be it SK or with tanks). Fantasy did a good job at denying him this opportunity, except in game 3, which he lost. Fantasy's Royal road has been pretty tough so far : he had to face Nada, Sea, Stork, (BackHo), Mind and GGPlay. What more do you need to give the guy credit? | ||

But in the other games, he didn't seem prepared. His hydra and muta control seemed a little sloppy against the SKT metal build. I really wanted GGPlay to win so I could see a 5-hour long GGPlay vs. Stork final, but alas, fantasy has crushed my dreams. | ||

But as someone said, deal with it...fantasy won and displayed us wonderful games and won against GGPlay. He deserves to be in the OSL finals...you people need to stop bashing on fantasy like seriously. Like deal with what happened, stop making a big fuss...what the fuck are you gonna do about it? | ||
