I wouldn't say Blue Storm is fair. It reall is heavily in favor of Zerg. Playing Terran would be suicide for example. 63% ZvP isn't balanced.
Well, based on stats here's my prediction:
(T)Sea > (T)DarkElf Sea's TvT is better. He never lost on Monty Hall SE and only once on the old one. Darkelf last won on this back in october. Oddly enough he beat Sea once.
(P)Pusan > (Z)Kwanro The map favours Zerg, but the sample size is small. Kwanro's ZvP is hard to judge after two games and a little stomping by Bisu. I lean towards Pusan for his experience.
(Z)Saint/(T)Light > (Z)sAviOr/(P)Nbs[gm] Saint and Light have never lost together. Saint also has a lot of experience in 2v2 and seems to be doing well on this map. Nbs doesn't look so hot in comparison.
(P)Bisu > (T)Iris The map favours toss. Their matchup skills seem similar. But maybe Iris will find a way to counter 2 base carriers. I doubt it though.
(Z)HyuN > (P)Much The prime Zerg map. Hyun looks strong, even though he has to prove himself against better players. PvZ is Much's weakest matchup.
(T)910/(Z)Thezerg < (Z)Jy/(T)Memory The CJ combo looks better on paper. Nothing else to say.
It looks like a clear MBC victory to me.

Looks bad for CJ. I can't see them winning this. Actually I can but they are the clear underdogs.
Much should have been put on Katrina, and Iris on Blue Storm. Much would have about 50/50 chance vs. Bisu but probably even more. Iris would be the clear favourite over Hyun.
I don't know what the coatch was thinking. They knew MBC would send a P on this map obviously, so I am guessing Iris will go for some sort of non-standard build. Maybe a timing push. Maybe reminiscent of his games vs Stork. I don't see any other reason they would put Iris on this map. Playing standard would be suicidal here.
Kwanro seems to have poor ZvP, but I am not sure. Putting him on Baek was a meh choice, not good not bad. I don't know what to expect from him really.
In the first set, Sea is the favourite but Darkelf can steal the game if Sea plays subpar. I doubt he will though.

CJ's lineup is a bit stronger overall imo, but with the maps favoring MBC's players - CJ will have to have some good gimmicky build orders planned..

Sea < DarkElf
DarkElf is CJ's Monty Hall sniper and he does exceptionally well on that map. However, Sea is a beast at Starcraft in general, so I wouldn't be surprised if it goes either way.
Pusan < Kwanro Baekmagoji is a nice map for ZvP and I would venture to guess that Pusan's PvZ isn't anywhere near Bisu's. Kwanro, however, is a nice, aggressive Zerg, and I would expect him to take this one.
Saint/ Light > sAviOr/ Nbs[gm]
Saint/ Light are an established 2v2 team and they've been putting up good showings throughout the season. I would like to see them win this one. Hwangsanbul is a nice map.
Bisu > Iris PvT on Katrina. Enough said.
HyuN > Much ZvP on Blue Storm is slightly imbalanced in favour of Zerg, but I think that Much has Enough experience just as a player to be able to take this.
910/ Thezerg < Jy/ Memory
Jy/Anyone is a good 2v2 team. Also, it's finally starting to dawn on people that TZ is the expected showing on Seongangil. Goliaths on the cliff are just too good.
For the ACE match, since it's on Python, you can pretty Much expect anyone. I would venture to see Sea for MBC and XellOs/ sAviOr/ Much for CJ.

Well all I can say is goddamnit, I voted for CJ automatically before the lineups were out because I'm an impulsive liquibetter, and now it looks like they're going to be raped

Man, I'm a diehard fan of CJ but this looks grim for them. :S I'm scared to watch the games.

i think it'll all come down to the final 2v2 game hawt

While CJ sent a subpar lineup, some of you guys have AWFUL reasons for your predictions.
Much's PvZ is actually a lot better than you think, and Hyun is the underdog in that matchup.
Kwanro beating Pusan won't be a surprise, but he isn't a favorite for sure.
Iris vs Bisu is like 40/60, and if it was Much vs Bisu it would be like 80/20 because Much is far far better at PvP than Bisu.
The main 2 arguments for CJs weak lineup isn't the players per se, it's the lack of Savior AND Xellos in a 1v1 along with the maps they put players on.

Sea Kwangro MBC Bisu Much CJ Sea vs Savior 4-3 either way
|
Im hoping for a Bisu VS Savior Ace match EPIC finish
|
MBC definitely has the edge here.
Hoping for Xellos in the ace match!

I kind of like Katrina, but then I TLPD the statistics TvP on it ... why is it so imbalanced? I think it's a neat old map.

Hoping for CJ. It would be most gratifying to see either of the Sexy Terrans crushing Jaedong against all odds.

It has easy to take naturals, and the way the cliffs run make it easy for Carriers to maneuver from the gollies.

such bad matchups for cj. pretty hard for them to win

Katrina is just an ugly ugly map.
If CJ win this you can't say they didn't deserve it.
